Update : Users are now reported to have been receiving the Google Play Store 3.9.16 on their phone. You don’t have to open Google Play to install the update, the update process will happen automatically at background

Google has updated it’s google play store for users to version 3.9.16. Below is the official change-log of the released update;

• Track your location in lists, such as all apps and my apps.
• Allows selection of multiple apps by tapping or holding which can be executed if you want to delete multiple apps at once.
• New notification center for apps.
