You have to create a new APN which typically is found under Settings > Wireless & Network Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names (also called APN). If the path is incorrect, just locate where to create a new
Create new APN as
- APN Name : AIRCEL (capital Letters must)
- APN: aircelgprs
- Authentication :None
Now save it.
Below are the GPRS settings for a non-Smartphone.

Access point name: myaircel
Home page:
Wapgateway proxy IP address: 172.17.83.69
Port: 8080
MMS Settings
Access Point Name : aircelmms
Home Page :
