HTC One S is now available in Canada via Telus for $99.99. The device is the 4G capable version and will be able to utilize the 4G speeds wherever the national carrier Telus has the 4G coverage. Below are the plans that are made available with the launch;
- $99.99 with a three year contract,
- $469.99 with a two year contract,
- $569.99 without any upfront monthly carrier contract.
HTC One S has dimensions of 130.9 x 65 x 7.8 mm with a weight of 119.5 grams. The display is 4.3 inch Capacitive type, 16 million color display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and the screen can render a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The CPU is Dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait with Adreno 225 as GPU.
HTC One S has 1 GB of RAM with 16 GB of internal memory with no-further option of expansion as there isn’t a MicroSD slot on the device. The rear camera module of the device is 8MP with HD recording and the front is 1.3 MP.
