Siri, Apple‘s voice-commanded intelligent software assistant is one of most sought features of iPhone 4S but it isn’t available on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G and iPod touch 3G. This is despite these devices getting iOS5 update and the iPhone 4 is definitely capable of running Siri, as tested by many developers.
Many developers have showed working demos of Siri on these devices to some extent, but making it work fully is little difficult. Siri is a server-side output program and requires an accompanying authentication and that’s one of the main reason for not being able to port the complete functionality to other iOS 5 run devices.
This hasn’t stopped developers from keep trying. One developer called Eric Day has managed to work the dictating feature of Siri. The app has been named Siri0us and is available from Cydia and thus, you need a jailbroken device to avail the functionality.

Also if you get an error which makes your device respringing again and again, below is the solution.
“Use a SSH tool to remove the /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AssistantServices.framework file.”
The tweak or hack is definitely reported to working by many. So, go ahead and have a feel of the feature.
