The upcoming iOS6 from Apple will introduce a new feature called in-app navigation update. This new feature allows you to see navigational pop-ups on your phone while walking and using some other application as a some sort of reminder. Say, you are in the music player app, and there is a turn on the road, a notification will pop-up on your device stating the need for you to turn. Off course, you have to set the route at first place to see the notification.
This highlights the increase in processing power of the upcoming iPhone 5, or whatever name that they give. Also, this particular feature will be available for third-party apps to utilize which opens up a whole lot of possibilities for the developer. The feature is definitely cool as it doesn’t bind you to the navigational app.
