
Apple has launched the new iPad Mini and iPad 4 in New Zealand. The availability has been confirmed by the Apple’s retail person from the country.
“I don’t know who will have what (products) where in New Zealand but the retailers will certainly be able to open their doors so people can come in and touch and play straight away.” – Said Apple’s spokeswoman Fiona Martin [Source - Slashgear]
The iPad mini features a 7.9-inch display with a display resolution of 1024 x 768 resolution with a ppi of 163. It runs on a dual-core A5 processor, and comes bundled with storage capacity of 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB, depending on which model you buy. Further, the device comes in two variants, with wifi or with addition of cellular connectivity.
The fourth-generation iPad runs on a powerful A6X dual-core processor with quad-core graphics, and rest of specifications resemble the earlier variant of the iPad (the third generation).
