Infibeam, the online mega retailer in India is now offering the iPhone 5 in India as pre-order. The initial pre-order price of the device has been set as INR 5,000 and is expected to be delivered by 1st or 2nd week of November.
Seeing the pre-order price of the 16GB version of iPhone 5, it’s safe to expect the price hover around INR 40,000. The higher capacity model of iPhone 5 may hover above INR 50,000 as is the case with current available iPhone 4S models.
The iPhone5 has a width of 7.6 millimeters thickness and weighs 112 grams, which is some 18 percent thinner and 20 percent lighter than the iPhone 4S. The iPhone 5 has the same earlier seen retina display pixel density of the iPhone 4S at 326ppi, but it’s now 4 inches tall with aspect ratio of 16:9 that can render the resolution of 1136×640 pixels, with 44 percent more color saturation observed than the 4S.
You will now be able to see 5 rows of icons on the screen due to the added .5 inches to the screen.
