iPhone 5 to be made available via Aircel in India

Apple is all set to unveil iPhone 5 in India with the association of Aircel, the pan-India cellular operator. The information can be confirmed by the display of the upcoming product page on the carrier site.

The iPhone 5 will be made available in the 1st week of Novemeber, however we can’t give a  particular date due to lack of information in the know-how. Also, the information on price has been kept under the secret at this time. We expect the price to hover above INR 40,000 for the base model.

The iPhone 5 is already available for pre-order via InfiBeam site for an advance payment of IN 5,000.

The iPhone5 has a width of 7.6 millimeters thickness and weighs 112 grams, which is some 18 percent thinner and 20 percent lighter than the iPhone 4S. The iPhone 5 has the same earlier seen retina display pixel density of the iPhone 4S at 326ppi, but it’s now 4 inches tall with aspect ratio of 16:9 that can render the resolution of 1136×640 pixels, with 44 percent more color saturation observed than the 4S.
