LG has announced a new Smartphone that is to be launched in the United States in association with AT&T. The Android powered Smartphone is named as LG Escape, and will be priced attractively in the available segment of 4G LTE Smartphones.

LG Escape will be available from 16th September from the carrier with an attached price of $49.99, plus a contract of 2 years attached contract. With respect to specifications, LG Escape features a 1.2 GHz dual core processor with 4GB of internal memory, along with a MicroSD card slot that will allow you to expand storage by a further 32 GB.

The display is 4.3 inches that can render a resolution of qHD, and is gorilla glass to cover your worries about the protection used. The rear camera module is 5MP with a 1.3MP front camera, that can record videos in HD resolution. The device also features NFC.

There is a nice 2150mAh battery to take care of the usage, plus it will run on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with some LG’s custom User Interface. We would have liked to see it having a launch with Android 4.1, though there may be a planned update coming but it will take little time before it hits the users.
