LG will be launching the new LG Optimus L5 this month in Europe. The device will firstly launch in Germany, followed by the UK and France. It will be launched in two variants, single SIM and dual SIM.
LG Optimus L5 was introduced along with LG Optimus L7 and L3 and the device has already made to few selected markets in the world.
LG Optimus L5 has dimensions of 114 x 67 x 9.6 mm with a weight of 125 grams. It has a 4.0 inch display that can render a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, has 4 GB storage (2.5 GB user available), 512 MB RAM with 800 MHz processor, HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, WI-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP profile and will run on Android OS 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) from the start.
The rear camera module is 5MP and the front one is VGA which is fitted for the use of web calling. Amazon Germany says the device will cost approximately €199.
