Electronista reported, building of a new MeeGo based device by LG. This news comes from a working member of MeeGo operating system “Valtteri Halla”.
MeeGo also got boost with few Korean companies joining the development program including carrier giant China Mobile, ZTE and few others.
Intel started MeeGo in partnership with Nokia, however Nokia earlier shifted their focus to Windows Phone with Nokia calling MeeGo as an on-going experimental project.
LG, earlier showcased a MeeGo based device, named it “GW990″, however later they cancelled it and it only saw daylight as prototype. It remains to seen, how this upcoming operating system evolves.
