Microsoft releases Bing Application Programming Interface (API) for developers

Microsoft released API (Application programming Interface) of bing after getting feed back from developers who emphasized the necessity for offline reading, preferably in chm format of pdf format. The book is over 650 pages with very detailed explanation of every aspect. The Bing Application Programming Interface (API) version 2 allows third-parties to programmatically submit queries to Bing, and of course, also get the necessary results from Microsoft’s search engine.

There are two downloads offered to developers, the .PDF file (5.4 MB), or a .ZIP package that is considerably smaller in size, weighing in at just 1.9 MB. In addition, the documentation contains a number of links to additional online information and resources.
