If rumors are to be believed, Microsoft is all set to announce Office 15 on Monday. The company will probably release the beta version of Office 15, which will make the grounds for the final release of suite by the end of 2012. The given name of version 15 will be Office 2013, which shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.
What’s the stuff that we expect to see in Office 15? If we go by reports, there aren’t many changes except for few big ones;
- Support touch-screen inputs.
- Support for ARM-based computers, as Windows 8 too will support.
- Metro User Interface.
There are not many changes in terms of performance and features, with the core handling remaining same. Microsoft Office 13 will only be made available for users of Windows 7 and Windows 7, which is on the expected lines.
Come Monday, and we will update you more on the things.
