Motorola has announced a few of the details related to Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) release for its phones. The Razr HD is the first to get the Jelly Bean update, probably already receiving it, and the Razr I will get the update in the first quarter of 2013.

“We know you value having the latest and greatest technology on your device. We are working very closely with Google and our carrier partners to bring you the best possible experience on each of our Android-powered devices. This means ensuring that all upgrades and updates enhance device functionality and provide an overall improved experience.” – Motorola Spokesperson.

What you expect to get with the update:

  • Google Now
  • New Camera app,
  • New Notification handling,
  • Probably more…

Motorola isn’t very great when it comes to releasing the latest android updates for its phones. We hoped of the scenario getting changed after Google taking the ownership, however things aren’t speedy.
