Motorola Defy XT is now available in India for an attached price of INR 15,990. The device has been made available by Flipkart, the mega online retailer in India.
The Motorola Defy XT is a dust and water resistant Android Smartphone that is third of a type in Defy series of launches. The device has a capable 1GHz processor, 512MB RAM and 1GB ROM and runs on Android OS 2.3 (Gingbread).
The front has a display of 3.7-inch that can render resolution of 480×854 pixels, has Gorilla Glass on top as protection of display, a 5-megapixel rear camera that can shoot videos at 30fps in 720p (half HD) resolution and a VGA front camera for video-calling.
Other features include Wi-Fi, GPS with A-GPS, gravity sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and FM radio. Motorola has planted a 1650 mAh battery that is rated for 9.5 hours of talk-time.
The phone is unique in offering as the targeted customer is one who likes to own a Smartphone that can withstand tough conditions. We like the earlier launches of the series and this too, we recommend.
