We all love Nokia labs for the applications it brings up, this time we love it for the cause it has made that application. Mobile phone has entered into everyone’s life as a must have communication tool and we love every bit of it but there are certain sections of disable people who are devoid of few features such as messaging. For blind people, messaging can hardly be a reality but Nokia labs has created a application which renders messages as Braille characters and then uses vibrations to give a feedback to the user.
There are other software available which mostly come pre-installed on phones and read out messages but giving feedback in form of vibrations is a new concept and we welcome it. It is far from being perfect but lets see it as a beginning.
