Rogers has finally released the Andoid 4.0.4 (ICS) update for users of Motorola Razr. The update has been made available as an OTA (over-the-air) release meaning that you will automatically get an update notification of the availability of the update. The only required thing is the presence of internet on your device. You can also check manually by going to settings > about phone > check for updates.
Before going for this update, we would ask you to do two things;
- Look to make a backup of your messages, application settings and whatever if you can. There are dedicated apps available in the Google play to help you to do complete backups. This small step can help you from a lot of headache if something goes wrong.
- Also, make sure that you have enough battery charge on your device to sustain the process of updating the phone.
This is one of the many updates that Rogers is set to release in coming days for other devices. Stay tuned with us for more in coming days.
