It was clear from the very launch of the iPhone 5 that Samsung was going to file a patent infringement case against it on the grounds of something for sure.

Before the launch of iPhone 5, Samsung was vowing to go after it on 4G standards, and one South Korean newspaper reported on the intentions of the company which was sourced from a quote of Samsung company manager.

The filled parents in this case are mostly related to 3G standards, and Samsung said to have filled them after having done quite a research. We don’t know exactly what they looked? But it’s just again seems to be another upcoming round of words between company managers.
