After seeing the Android OS fall miserably against iPad, the upcoming Windows 8 tablet OS from Microsoft is the next big talk of the tech town and here is a first real information related to specifications of Windows 8 tablet that will be released by Dell.
Dell has tried to make inroads into the tablet arena, however has failed repeatedly. It is now looking to re-enter the tablet arena with the introduction of Windows 8 which might prove fruitful or may follow in the slow footsteps of Windows phone.
The specifications are already listed in the image above and most of the stuff is routine. Of-course, it features a new processor from Intel and performance is yet to be tested against ARM, but what strikes is the presence of 128GB solid-state drive and that’s different.
Dell will also provide a removable battery that will come in two sizes, small one will provide a run-time of six and eight hours while the larger one will provide a battery life of between 10 and 12 hours.
