T-Mobile has released the Android 4.0.5 update for users of Galaxy Tab 7.0. To update your tablet, you are required to install Samsung Kies on your PC, and then install the update T869UVLG7.
The PC software will automatically give you the notification of the availability of an update, once you plug your T-Mobile GALAXY Tab 7.0 via USB connection. The update was made available on the 14th of August.
Before going for this update, we would ask you to do two things;
- Look to make a backup of your messages, application settings and whatever if you can. There are dedicated apps available in the Google play to help you to do complete backups. This small step can help you from a lot of headache if something goes wrong.
- Also, make sure that you have enough battery charge on your device to sustain the process of updating the phone.
