Windows Phone 8 devices pre-order starts from October 21

According to the Verge, the pre-order date for Windows Phone 8 devices has been set as October 21 by the AT&T for the United States. The devices which will be at your disposal are HTC 8X, Nokia’s Lumia 920, Samsung’s Ativ Smart PC, and the Asus Vivo Tab RT. The last two are the Windows 8 devices, but fall in the category of portability.

AT&T will also offer the Nokia Lumia 820 later, but that won’t be an exclusive offer like the Lumia 920. The Nokia Lumia 920 handset will only be available from AT&T, however Lumia 820 will also be made available from other carriers.

The official launch is set to take place on October, 29 and the availability will be made to customers by early November. We will update you as more information comes in.
